How Do You Clean Cork Yoga and Massage Tools?
Cork is naturally low-maintenance, and a quick wipe is usually all it needs. After use, wipe it down with a damp cloth to remove sweat and dust, and let it air-dry fully before storing. Cork's surface resists holding onto odors, which is part of why it's a nice material for recovery tools.
A few care notes: don't soak cork or leave it sitting in water, since prolonged saturation isn't good for it; for a deeper clean, a cloth with mild soapy water then a wipe with a clean damp cloth works, followed by air-drying. Avoid harsh chemicals. Stored dry and wiped after sweaty sessions, cork tools hold up for a long time — that durability is a big part of choosing cork over foam that wears out.
